That’s right folks! It’s that time again, another Pop-Ology Contest! This months contest is Photography! So bust out those cameras and prepare to go shooting! Read below for the details!

The Concept: ‘A Moment In Time’

Requirements: The idea behind this project is to capture a moment, it can be anything. It just needs to capture a moment in time, no portraits, more like something that only happens once so this will require quick eyes and hands!

Rules: Photoshoping is limited to color touch ups, levels, and basic touch ups, NO adding elements!

All sign-ups are due by Monday September 21st!

Submissions are due Tuesday September 29th!

Images need to be submitted at 72DPI max width of 440px.

Prize: The winner will get a feature on Pop-Ology, as well as a 20×30 poster of their picture! So make sure you save your raw image so that if you do win I can get it printed!

The Design Contest has officially closed, now we are needing your submission! Please have all submission in by Monday the 24th!!! Voting will begin on tuesday the 25th!!

SUBMISSION SPECS.

1. You must use the supplied stock image in your piece. (it doesn’t need to be the main focus, but MUST be used in your design.)

2. Print must be submitted  as a .jpg, at 72 dpi. and dimensions 440px wide. (** PLEASE NOTE! This is just for submission. If your piece wins I will need a 300 dpi version with dimensions of at 11×17 inches.)

3. Contestants can only submit 1 piece.

4. All entries are due by Monday August 24th, 2009. ( meaning you have 1 week to complete your design )
